33th Arctic Comics Festival is arranged on October 11th in Kemi, northern Finland. Manga Day is arranged together with the Arctic Comics Festival in co-operation with Children's Cultural Centre of Kemi. The festival takes place in Sauvotalo, Valtakatu 22, Kemi.
The Arctic Comics Center organizes a major concert in co-operation with Kemi City Orchestra. In concert Kemi City Orchestra and Anssi Tikanmäki Orchestra will perform material from Tikanmäki's Finnish Landscapes, while twelve Finnish comic artists are drawing their own mindscapes for the audience to see. The concert is arranged in Tervahalli, Tervaharjunkatu 14, Kemi.
